Víctor holds a BA in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Masters in ITM from Illinois Institute of Technology. He was recognized by Google as a GDE (Google Developer Expert) in web technologies and has given over 100 lectures in the last 10 years. Victor is a founder of the non-profit event Hack For Good.
Andrew Bunyan, based out of London, is responsible for Hybridium’s global commercial operations. Prior to this, Andrew has held key positions at Hybridium’s parent company, LoopUp, where he was focused on improving customer experience and service delivery through a variety of roles spanning business development, sales, account management and customer success. Andrew holds a BA in Business Management and Marketing from The University of Salford.
Gloria Bueno, based out of Madrid, is responsible for operational efficiency, policy design, strategy, and process improvement. Prior to joining Hybridium in 2018, Gloria has held customer service, operational and technical roles for a variety of companies such as Capgemini and Hewlett-Packard. Gloria holds a and BSc in Chemistry from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
David Laburu, based out of Madrid, is responsible for the Customer Success Management and Support Team. Prior to joining Hybridium in 2019, he worked for Avaya and became a Subject Matter Expert on IP Office as part of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa support team. David holds BSc in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Deusto and several certifications in his fields of expertise.
Katie Miles is responsible for global sales, business development and customer onboarding. She has over 20 years of sales, marketing and major account management experience within the technology and retail sectors. Katie’s focus is building and managing customer relationships, whilst developing strategies for achieving company’s targets.
